Not even close. Under Commiefornia law, this trigger would make your rifle a "machine gun". It's a semantics game with them. Commiefornia calls it "trigger cycles" where a single trigger "cycle" is the pulling then releasing of the trigger. Since more than one round would be fired during this so-called trigger cycle, they say it's a "fully automatic machine gun." Sorry dude!

I don't see any reason why not. Make sure you get a HEAVY buffer, and a heavy buffer spring. DO NOT USE A SOLID BUFFER! A solid buffer can lead to out-of-battery discharge. You need a buffer with the sliding weights inside. They're more expensive but your safety is worth it!

Mine is still on order, so I can't say for sure. My best GUESS is NO. Once you pull the trigger you're committed to two shots. If I'm thinking through the physics of the assembly correctly, I don't think it even possible to put it in safe mode with the trigger pulled.
