Works great. Did some rifle pushups,, nothing even flexed and I was TRYING to break it. Mills nice and smooth, but be careful if you use a drill press or router, whatever it's made of is tough and it will grab. Put loctite on your chuck, drill vertically and clamp it hard. Only blemish I see is slight grayish streak. Rub some oil on it.

Saved a few bucks and just a couple spots that weren't perfect that won't effect it.

I have a easy jig 2. Bought this blem unit for a test run. It came out great. Fast and easy. The only thing I'd do differently is drill out the trigger pin and selector switch holes first. I did it after I milled out the trigger well. And it chipped the inside when I drilled out the selector holes.

In late 2019 I purchased one of these lowers & not with high expectations simply based on price. What EP ARMORY considers a blemish, I’m not sure. Appearance wise I couldn’t see anything wrong. I used another company’s jig. It did mill a little too close to the buffer detent hole, I reinforced w/some 2 part epoxy (JB WELD). During final assembly I noticed the lower is slightly narrower than my Mil-Spec version. I use an ambidextrous safety & installed a shim washer between the lower & right side selector lever. With any 80% lower I recommend anti-walk trigger pins. I have put well over 100 rounds through this lower with zero issues from the fit & finish from piece. I have no problems buying another for a build

Absolute garbage in every regard

The lowers took a month to ship out for me even though every day I was getting emails saying they were shipping every day and asking me to buy my products. The package comes, lowers look nice I won’t lie. Machining was a breeze but when it came down to assembly; that was a god damn nightmare. None of the detent and spring holes were big enough for the parts, the buffer tube threads stripped IMMEDIATELY after trying to screw in my pistol brace, I just barely managed to make it work out by using a thread maker and re working the threads in the receiver. Absolutely NO trigger fits into this lower properly and will always block the safety selector hole just enough to keep both parts from fitting. By the grace of god I managed to muscle the two parts in but, lo and behold, they don’t work. The deleted switch will not move, and the trigger doesn’t activate the disconnecter. These things are NOT made to milspec because my mil spec parts would have no problem fitting in. I’ve done many polymer and aluminum 80% builds and this company is the only one I had an issue with. On top of everything else I just mentioned: go ahead and give their customer service line a call, they’ll just let it ring three times and send you to voicemail, then leave the damn phone of the hook. All in all I want a refund and am willing to send videos to the company of the trash ass lowers they build so they can see I’m not scamming them. I’m floored at the low tier garbage they’re calling “best in the market”
